APPOINTMENTS

Please call to book an appointment on (07) 5463 2266. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and doctor. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay.  If you need more time with your doctor please let the receptionist know.

 

FEES

We Bulk Bill for most consultations.

Fees will apply for skin procedures and non-rebatable Medicare services such as:

Commercial Driving Licences

Employment / Gym Medicals

Insurance Reports and Forms (including Private Health Insurance)

 

TELEPHONE ACCESS

Doctors in the practice may be contacted during normal opening hours.

If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise you when it is likely that doctor will return your call. In an emergency your call will always be put through to a doctor or nurse.

 

RE​MINDER SYSTEM

Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may send you a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please inform your doctor.

 

DRU​GS OF DEPENDENCE POLICY

Our Doctors at Fassifern Doctors do not prescribe Schedule 8 drugs to patients with known drug dependence or substance abuse. We are not licensed to prescribe Medical Cannabis. Please do not ask as refusal may offend.

 

No-SMOKING POLICY

Qld no-smoking laws apply at all times, and include the use of all smoking products, including e-cigarettes.
